  • All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
  • If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
  • If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
Child Policy
  • Children under 4 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
  • Children between age 4 to 12 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
  • Children above age 12 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

  • Shared transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
  • The pick-up/drop-off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
  • The Burj Khalifa is open every day for 24 Hours. (Guests are requested to reach the venue 15 min prior to the selected time slot.)
  • Sharing Transfer timings:
         Morning Pickup between (10:00 am to 10:30 am)  & Drop off between (2.00 pm to 2.30 pm)
         Evening Pickup between (04:00 pm to 04:30 pm) & Drop off between (9.00 pm to 9.30 pm).
