Booking Policy
Cancellation Policy
  • All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
  • If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
  • If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
Child Policy
  • Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
  • Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
  • Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
Important Information
  • This is a one way transfer service.
  • You are required to provide us with a detailed information on your Flight timings for an easy Pick up.
  • Oversized and excess baggage is subject to the availability of storage space.
  • If guests fails to report within the given time it will be a NO Show and there will be no Rescheduling or Refund for it.
  • Limousine and Luxury transfers are available at extra charges.
  • Sharing transfer is not available from Al Maktoum International Airport and SZR Etihad Terminal.
  • Sharing transfers is available from Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed upto Marina.
  • The pick up / drop off timing on Sharing transfers may be modified  by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.

Special Note:-

  • Your selected time slot is the pick up from Airport.
  • Kindly keep 3 hrs difference in between your arrival and Pickup to avoid any inconvenience
